The Electrolux Professional DC6-4 is a 4 kg vented drying cabinet designed for items that benefit from drying without mechanical action.
Three sliding hanger sections and 30 extensible hangers accommodate workwear, overalls, gloves, boots and delicate fabrics. Normal and gentle programmes stop automatically when the load is dry.

- Load size and daily volume: confirm that 4 kg capacity and the reference cycle time suit the workload.
- Items being dried: check garment care labels and avoid knitted items that may stretch when wet.
- Door configuration: select the correct left or right-hinged PNC for the room layout.
- Delivery and positioning: check the 595 × 605 × 1900 mm cabinet will reach and fit its final position.
Services, drainage and cycle times
The cabinet requires a 230v single-phase electrical supply. It has a 1.5 kW connected load, a recommended 10A fuse and is supplied with a cable and earthed plug.
Approximately 50 m³ of moist air is exhausted each hour through a 100 mm outlet. Suitable exhaust ventilation and replacement fresh air must be provided.
- Exhaust route: plan a suitable connection using the supplied hose and draft stabiliser.
- Make-up air: ensure fresh air can enter the room as humid air is removed.
- Reference cycle: 105 minutes for a 4 kg cotton load at the stated manufacturer test conditions.
- Shared ductwork: fit a non-return valve to each appliance where multiple cabinets share a duct.
