We can visit customer sites and collect asset information across one or multiple locations. This can include machine type, model, serial number, approximate age, condition, serviceability and replacement risk where this information is available.
From this, we can provide a clearer view of the equipment estate and recommend the most appropriate next step, whether that is annual servicing, a service contract, full maintenance cover or a phased replacement plan. This service may be offered free of charge where there is a genuine opportunity to support the customer’s equipment estate.

Professional laundry equipment from Miele and Electrolux is designed to use less water, detergent and energy, while high extraction speeds can reduce drying time and improve throughput. Over the life of the equipment, these efficiencies can save many thousands of pounds and help offset the higher initial investment in better-quality machines.
Machine performance is heavily influenced by the environment around it. Power supply, water supply, drainage, ventilation, access and ducting can all affect whether equipment performs properly over time.
We assess these practical details before recommending equipment or changes, so the final solution fits the site rather than forcing unsuitable equipment into an unsuitable space. This is especially important in older buildings and sites where infrastructure may have changed over time.
Dryer performance depends on clear, effective airflow. Restricted ducting can increase drying times, raise energy consumption and create unnecessary strain on equipment.
In higher-use environments, lint and airflow restrictions can build up quickly, particularly where duct runs are long, shared or difficult to access. We can inspect and clean dryer ducting as part of wider servicing or as a separate visit where needed.
For gas-heated laundry equipment, safe operation depends on correct installation, ventilation, combustion performance and exhaust airflow.
We carry out gas safety inspections on relevant equipment and can advise where ducting, ventilation or site conditions may be affecting safe and reliable operation. This forms part of responsible equipment ownership and helps protect long-term performance, safety and compliance.
In many environments, especially care, healthcare, veterinary and specialist settings, equipment suitability is not only about performance. It also needs to support appropriate hygiene and water safety requirements.
We can advise on professional equipment that supports compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999, including machines approved through recognised routes such as WRAS, KIWA or NSF where required.
Temperature validation provides independent verification that equipment is achieving the required thermal disinfection performance.
